One conversation that you need to have with your team

Our broader global enablement team is going through some change management this year. We are instilling an agile methodology.

It means we are breaking down the work we do into its smallest components so we understand everything that needs to be done and put them in an order a shared team can work on.

One of the most important things we need to do with this new group of people is define roles and responsibilities

A key component of that, how people like to work and what they need to do their best work.

A great example is an ask from one of our remote employees:

1. Can each person use a phone or headphones for google hangouts? Otherwise, the sound comes through tinny and very hard to hear.

2. Can each person use video and show faces on google hangouts so they can feel connected to the team?

Slowing down to have a conversation like this will build trust and help your team speed up to success.
