We all know that we should make healthy choices, such as exercising, getting enough rest, not smoking, maintaining a healthy weight and drinking alcohol moderately — or not at all. And yet, most of us don’t follow these healthy habits.

The problem isn’t a lack of information; it’s that we don’t have the strategy and support to change a habit, even though we know we need to do so for our health.

I’m a certified Nutrition Health Coach, Yoga and Autogenic Training Teacher. As a Coach, my role is to support my clients in these changes. I use my knowledge of nutrition and health to help my clients implement the needed strategies.

I use positive psychology and the different stages of behavioral change to replace old habits. Most importantly, I build relationships with my clients based on trust, communication and give them unconditional support.
